Returns, exchanges and order issues

Our products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or an incorrect colour selection, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing or print defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the claim and, where eligible, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Changes and cancellations

Production can begin shortly after an order is submitted. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once production has started.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
